Underage drinking
If a party host has alcohol available, but does not physically serve the underaged, and the 19 yr. old is involved in car accident, is the party host liable? This is in Texas law.

If an underaqed person drinks at your party, you may be liable for the crime of permitting them to do so, and for any consequences. This could include liability for any alcohol-related behavior such as an accident. It would not even matter if they were intoxicated, as it is unlawful for them to have any alcohol at all and if it were traced to an event you were hosting, you certainly could be both civilly and criminally liable.
