Urianinalis test
grandmother reported to social services that parents are are using drugs. question/can social services make parents take ua and if yes what happens if one of the parents refuse ?

This is an issue of state law and one I cannot resolve. I would urge you to see a Texas lawyer if you are required to submit to urinalysis testing.
