Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
vehicular accident by someone with no auto insurance
About a year ago, my wife was T-boned by a man who ran a stop light. At the time, he claimed he had insurance. We had to use the uninsured motorist part of our insurance. The insurance company failed to collect. What more can I do legally?
