Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Violation of rights regarding children in cps/foster care
what can I do to get the courts to appoint me a attorney to protect my rights as a parent in a dispute between cps and myself? I have talked to the casemanager and the attorney ad litem and cps refuses to inform me as to what is going on with my children and the caseworker has lied to me about court dates and meeting dates, she has also refused to allow visitation with my two younger sons although it was court ordered in September 2000.
