Is it illegal for one child to voice record another child or adult without their knowledge in the state of Texas.

Re: Voice recording
My first question in regards to recording someone's child would be how old is the child?
Texas law does allow one to record another as long as one person in the conversation knows it is being recorded.
Now if your child is very young and doesn't have the capacity to understand what is going on and you are using the child as a tool to record another I would believe there would be a way to harness those circumstances into an illegal recording.
But if everyone knows what is going on and they are not being taken advantage of and the person you want to record is also of capacity to understand the consequences on his/her behavior it would not be considered illegal in Texas.
