Wrongfull Termination
How long do I have to sue a company for wrongfull Termination and unwarannted arrest? This happened August 3rd, 2007. What if that company has recently changed hands can I still sue them?

Generally Statute of Limitations (SOL) is 2 years but some cases may be as little as 90 days for notice..etc..and evidence is gone soon...so if you have a case see a good lawyer now...
