email hacking
someone is getting information that could only come from reading my email. is this illegal, if so who do i contact to take action? this person is in another state so it has to be hacking

If you are using your employer's computer to send "private" email, then your email is not private at all - it is freely accessible by your employer. The same goes for the party(ies) you are emailing, along with their employer(s).

Assuming you are using your own computer, you need to run several scans of your computer to ensure it is not infected. Change your passwords, usernames, etc. And you really should contact an attorney who knows about this area of the law. I do.
