Email Harassment
are there any laws protecting people against being harassed via e-mail. what would constitute e-mail harassment, and what, if anything can the victim do to stop or take action against the person doing the harassing. (Assuming that you know who is doing it.)

There may be stalking or harassing laws in the state in which the Email originated, and perhaps those could be used if you can get the attention of authorities.
Your best bet is to utilize an Email program which permits you to block selected senders, and use that to exclude those you don't want.
