Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas
I suspected my wife of having an affair. Without her consent I accessed her email account and my suspicions were confirmed. I confronted her with this and she as since changed her password and left me. Have I commited a crime? If so, how much trouble can I get in?

Re: Email
It is a crime to intercept electronic communications not intended for you. It is not often pursued in a situation such as you describe, but it can be.
