How to ensure ownership of computer software.
I have an idea for a computer program that I want to make and sell. I plan to hire a computer programmer to make me the software then I want to sell it all over the world. What do I need to do?

Written contracts with those who will be creating the product are very important, as is registration of the copyright in any work. It may be that patent protection is also available. You should discuss this with a lawyer, in private, not on a public web site (like this is).
