Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas
Gambling
I heard from a Congressman '' ...the Gambling on the internet is illegal...'' Internet gambling violates the local option laws in each county / state breaches the interstate controls. This is why all owners of the online games are home based outside of the United States.
Is this true? (any or all)

What is true is that if gambling is illegal in your state, then it is illegal for YOU to gamble over the internet.
