In addition to a disclaimer, your site should not frame the linked site or otherwise display it in such a way as to make it appear to be yours. The question is usually what the reasonably observant user would perceive the facts to be. If you know or have reason to know that the ordinary user will thing the linked site is still yours because of the way you caused it to be displayed, then you may have responsibility notwithstanding your disclaimer. My website www.burdlaw.com posts links without framing so the linked site displays unmodified. Perhaps not the best way for marketing, but certainly best for avoiding liability.
