Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas

International Trade

I am developing a website where I will link exporters from developing countries with the importers in United States- intention is to promote their exports. Initially to evaluate the marketability of their product exporters will have to send samples and a payment that will go towards the services provided in evaluating the product.

My organization will make real money on commissions when the product will factually be imported.

I have more than 2 decades of Import and Export experience.

What legal problems I may face?

Re: International Trade

There are the common issues of trademark, copyright, domain ownership, ToS, website design and maintenance agreements. Then there are the issues that would only come up when going over your site plan. I assume you are aware of the import/export issues from your experience. Feel free to contact me; this is what my firm does.
