Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas

I am developing a website that will provide consultancy - client will type their question on a form like this that will come to me in email form upon payment on website and they will be replied within 3 business days with their answers. It is similar to what process you have - but it will charge for the question on the wesite. Is it legal and what kind of legal issues can arise.

It will depend on what type of consulting you intend to do, but you will also have the usual issues of trademark, copyright, domain ownership and control, ToS, privacy, etc. Feel free to contact me on this; this is what my firm does.
