My 16 year old has accounts on both of these sites. We are having behavioral issues and I would lkike access to her pages, yet she refuses to give up the pass words. What rights do I have to these since she is a minor?

Mr. Pepper is correct; you should refer to the TOS for each site and you might want to call their customer support depts. so they can walk you through the procedures. You only need an attorney if you are refused access.
