Payment for Work Provided
How can I best protect myself (my company) from clients (mainly attorneys) who refuse to pay part or all of my invoices when I have completed work for them in good faith?

Re: Payment for Work Provided
Do what we attorneys do in similar situations, demand advance payment. If the client refuses, evaluate whether the client has a proven payment record with you. If not, consider it avoidance of unpaid work.
