Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas
I recently won a auction for a vehicle on ebay. This was a no reserve auction and I was the highest bidder. The Ford dealer sent me an email shortly after the auction end saying that the vehicle had been sold the night before. However, I found out that the vehicle had not been sold and was still on the lot for sale. I finally spoke with the sales manager and he stated that the bid was not high enough. Do I have any legal rights in this case? Thanks

Yes you have rights and a potential cause of action.
You should contact eBay and inform them of the situation.
You may also consult with a lawyer for a more in-depth analysis of your situation.
Good Luck!
