Removing Name From Website

A Google search on my name and my former employer has turned up some information that can be viewed negatively by future employers. What steps do you recommend for having my name removed from the site? What would you recommend if they do not comply with my request?

You are more than likely out of luck. Under some facts, you can force someone to remove material from a website, but you have not stated any of the facts here which have any legal cause of action. Just my opinion...
