Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas

Seach Engine Optimization Expert Penalized By Google

Isn't it against the new search engine laws for Google's algorithm engineers to program their technology to block the most relevant and optimized web pages of an individual's website?

What would prevent Google from indexing in the #1 position of relevancy the most relevant web pages from the world wide web?

Why would Google index many of my website's web pages in the #1 or #2 position of relevancy on over (90) keyword phrases for over six months, and then, suddenly those same web pages are nowhere to be found?

Doesn't the Internet Laws provide that the most relevant web pages from the world wide web be indexed in their rightful position of relevancy within search engines search results?

Re: Seach Engine Optimization Expert Penalized By Google

Aha! You have just discovered a brutal fact that money and power are not distributed equally in this world. The engine "owners" can set up their own algorithms and also set 'override' parameters to bump up their favorite (paying) customers. There is no such LAW of the Internet that disallows this, nor is there any criteria set in stone that determines degrees of relevancy. (Talk to my wife to see differences in what she and I consider "relevant" factors in politics, money, home decor, personal hygiene, etc, etc.).

If you feel victimized, talk to the 'powers'amd find out how much they charge for 'premium slots' on searches. Alas, the free ride is nearly over.

Sorry to deliver the bad news.
