someone super-imposed a picture of me onto another pic of someone having sex and posted it onto the internet onto a sex site, it is now on several sites from re-blogging....he then emailed a link to my husband, do I have any recourse??

I will probably be all but impossible to delete the image from the internet (obviously there is no internet delet button, but for ease of conversation I think that you get my point). Once an image/content is on the internet it is hard to compleley abolish. That being said you may greatly reduce the prescnece of the image my contacting the sites where the image is posted and notifying them that the image is posted without your permission.
As far as legal recourse against the guilty person, you could pursue a civil case against them, but it would only be worth litigating if the person has assets worth pursuing.
