Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas

how do i go about getting a unknown number that is on my bill, from my cell phone carrier? I dont want to go so far as to hiring a lawyer or going to court...i just need the number that came up as unknown i am in desprate need of this number...what do i do?

You can't get this information unless you subpoena it -- which you may only do as part of an ongoing court case.
