Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas
Hello I wanted to promote a product and advertise it on google, they told me you didn't respect the terms and conditions of adwords because I promoted a product that is free.
I didn't know that the product I promoted was free, I didn't do anything wrong. If the product was free, It was not my problem. I just promoted a product.
So they didn't give me another chance to advertise again. They bolcked my account. This is unfair and unjust toward me.
Now I can't advertise anymore. They messed up my plans of advertising more products.

Google is not required to do business with anyone if it doesn't want to. It lets advertisers know its requirements. You violated those requirements, even if you didn't realize it at the time. Unless you and Google have a contract that says otherwise, Google was free to stop accepting your business. It may seem unfair that you weren't given a second chance, but the law does not require second chances -- or even fairness.
You say you can't advertise anymore, but of course that's not true. You can advertise anywhere you want except on Google. And it seems your "plans of advertising more products" presumed that Google would cooperate. Your presumption was not correct. That does not mean Google has done anything wrong or that you have any legal recourse against them.
