I am 16 and i would like to know my rights being in school for example, how far can the school cop search me, can a teacher or principle search, if a principle says they have me on camera can i asked to look at the camera before saying anything. And so on.

You are a minor as you are in secondary school system. Pleae discuss your rights and liabilites with your parents. Your parents may enquire with the schools as to their policies. You should have acess to the school policies. Read them and discuss with your parents or guardian.
As a general rule, you rights are limited in school while you are on thier grounds. Yes, depending on the school policy and governing state law, the school authorities have the right to search your lockers. If your parents have given permission at the begining of the school to search your person, then the school authorities may do so. The school also has the right to search the person and property under exigent circumstances without a warrant. As regards your rights in your specific school, you have to discuss that with your parents and your principal.
The controlling constutional provision is searchand seizure under 4th amendment of the United States Constitution. Explanations and limitations exist by federal statutes, case law and sometime permissible state law.
