4th amendment
Officers receive a tip on a black male carrying a gun and selling drugs. The officers see a man matching the descibtion as they approach the location. After a brief chase, they detain the man and search him. They find drugs and a gun on him. He was convicted of possesion of firearm and drugs why was this conviction reversed?
