Children's laws
My school sends home a paper for my kids to sign holding them responsible for the computer and different things. At what age are children's signatures valid. I was told there signature wasn't valid until they were 18. What is the answer?

Generally speaking, if an adult enters into a contract with a minor...the adult cannot enforce the contract, however, the minor may enforce the contract against the adult.
