Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas

This is a copy of a email I received. What r t/ laws reguarding emails .

And after many complaints from my colleague's,employer's, family & friends this just confirms the fact that you are a nut. So after repeated request to leave me alone, I have no choice except to go ahead & file on you for unethical Internet practices, harassment, & spamming all of the above are mandated by the federal government & are against the law. You have been warned on numerous occasions if you didn't stop what would happen. A letter has been sent back to each of my church, colleague's,employer's, family & friends with a apology & request to forward all e-mail from you to me & I will forward it to the proper authorities. I can assure you this is no joke if you do not delete my contacts from your account & stop harassing them you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I will send out bulk e-mails letting them know all about you as well as put flier's out in your neighborhood as well as sending it to my contact list that you practice witch craft, take your cloths off for a living, as well as obtained your house threw prostitution. I can & will go on futher if I have to & would prefer not to do Any of this at all, but it is my responsibility to protect my church, colleague's,employer's, family & friends.

It's difficult to answer your question without knowing what led the other person to send you this email and whether the things she says about you are true.
