Graffiti
What are the limits on graffiti? Is it a legal form of art, or is it an illegal form of art?

No "form of art" is illegal per se, but vandalizing someone else's property is. You can put graffiti on your own property, but even the greatest painter in the world would be breaking the law if he painted on someone else's building without permission.
