Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas
What is legal?
I have to write a paper about 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and this law is confusing me to no end. Is it or isn't it illegal for an average US citizen to send ''sexually explicit'' materials by e-mail (to a group or another person) or does this law only apply to businesses and webmasters? Thank you for your help
