Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas
A married same sex couple moves to texas. they buy a house together. one of them dies. even though tx doesnt recognize the marriage (doma) is the widow still able to some how fight for this house and other assests against the deceased ex wife? and if so what laws or cases support this in any facet?
