Identity must normally be raised at the time of arraignment.
You should discuss this issue with your lawyer. If you don't have a lawyer you need to retain a lawyer or ask the court to appoint a lawyer to represent you.
I am an Austin Texas Accident Lawyer.
Good Luck!
