Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas
Presidential Powers
I have re-read the U.S. Constitution, which gives specific, limited powers to the Presidency. How can the President take over corporations and such maneuvers, which are clearly outside his realm of authority? What recourse do citizens have to challenge the overreach of powers?

Re: Presidential Powers
And how are you damaged in any way? To answer your question, it would take a lot of constitutional analysis. First, the determination that you have standing to challenge needs to be established. Then, we would have to answer whether this is a justiciable question. In any event, many more legal obstacle have to be surpass. In essence, it would take quite of money to even attempt to see if your concerns are legit let alone to challenge the presidential powers.
