Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas
Does Profanity fall under the 1st Amendment.And does it cover it in the work place even if the company has a policy about Profanity and how would one go about filing a laws suit?

No. The 1st Amendment prevents the government, not private individuals and businesses, from trampling on your right to free speech.
