Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas

Scenario: I attend a party and the majority of people are drunk. I have "reasonably known" medical condition and ask to leave. They withhold keys, while they are intoxicated themselves. They prevent you from taking responsible steps to leave, such as calling nearby parents, police etc. and this is detrimental to your medical situation. Is this legal? I understand the idea of liability regarding driving. As such I present options for alternate rides. Keys still are withheld and "outside involvement" is refused and unwanted by party hosts out of fear of being in trouble. I am being forced to stay against my will mith a serious medical condition and said condition is worsened due to failure to access required medication. What are my rights?

Not attend such parties? Not drive and have your parents or someone else come pick you up at an agreed time?

The hosts are trying to prevent people from drinking and driving - protecting friends and those not at the party.

Hosts can be in trouble anyway as serving alcohol to minors is illegal (and I assume we are talking about minors being served; if not, there is no "trouble"....)
