Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas
Texas Law-
Frank (15 years old) has his own bedroom and tells his parents that he wants own his privacy. The Both parents allow Frank to lock his bedroom and only Frank has access to the room (via the key). As per agreement, Frank leaves for school everyday knowing that he has an expectation of privacy. A month later the parents are advised by school officials that Frank is suspected of dealing marijuana on school campus and having other drugs at home. After the phone call, both parents make entry in to Franks bedroom (without Franks consent) and discover drugs. Frank arrives home and police are called to the scene. When the police arrive at the scene, the parents hand over the drugs and turn in Frank to the police.
Knowing that the parents entered the bedroom without consent and conducted a search which revealed drugs, Can the police make a legal arrest? Furthermore, can the evidence be used against Frank at his Trial? (I know I am asking a lot) Do you know of any case law of hand which supports the answer?
Any consideration given to this request will be greatly appreciated.

"Frank leaves for school everyday knowing that he has an expectation of privacy."
He should also know that he is expected to do his own homework.
