Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas
In texas are police supposed to serve a search warrant of my property for some car batteriez at 12:20am. What can i do they didnt give me a copy of warrant or copy of what they.took out of my house?

They don't have to show the search warrant but they are supposed to leave a list of items taken. If you get charged with something, your lawyer will be able to get a copy of everything - warrant and list. If you don't, then contact the police department for a return of your property (if it is yours and not illegal or stolen.....)
