Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas
Twelfth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States
How was it possible for both President Bush and Vice President Cheney to be elected for their respective offices, since both were inhabitants Texas at the time. Perhaps the question is what the definition of inhabitant is - clearly it's not where you live and do business.

As I recall, Vice President Cheney was a legal resident of Wyoming at the time of the election.
