Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas
Unfavorable review on internet site
I had a contractor who didn't do a good job. I wrote an unfavorable review on his internet review site and gave him 1 star. I did this anonymously. He is sending me emails saying he will sue for slander, etc. Isn't this the purpose of having reviews and comments?

Re: Unfavorable review on internet site
Was your review accurate? A truthful review would not amount to slander, but a review that contains substantial falsehoods might.
