Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas
I was wondering if it was possible to deny a police officer the right to search me when the random searches are going on threw out the school year (High School)? What I mean by a random search is that a group of officers 3-4 walk in to random class rooms and have everyone step outside the classroom. Then 2 of the officers will walk inside the classroom and go threw students personal belongings. While that is going on the remaining 2 officers will begin having students empty their pockets and pass a metal detector around them. Does the 4th Amendment go into affect, or no? Can I say, "I don't consent to a search" to the officers? I do not have anything to hide, but I would like to practice my rights.

I am sorry but I do not do school law. Sounds like 4th amendment violations to me, depending on your jurisdiction (where you live).
