Legal Question in Construction Law in Texas
Addendum to previous question
What happens if we have paid our attorney ''x'' amount of dollars and we do not win the case. The attorney tells us that if we lose we will get some of our $$$ back. I guess my concern is that this is my first legal case and am not familiar at all with how this works. I feel like I am being taken advantage of because I have never questioned my bill and just figured that it was this costly to go through a law suit. I am just afraid that I am being way too passive due to ignorance and don't want to be taken advantage of. This is my first time seeking legal advise/help.
