Legal Question in Construction Law in Texas
I have a C corporation my contracts was breach by a Municipality I have file suit in district court pro se I assign the rights and interest of the corporation to myself inorder to file for declatory judgement to arbitrate the defendant file special exceptions to the corporation ability to file suit I am not an attorney dose the law such an action I have been finacialy drain and have no funds to pay an attorney.

A C-Corp is a separate entity so you can file pro se. Pro Se would be the C-Corp would actually represent themselves. Since a C-Corp is just a legal fiction, it cannot represent itself. Thus, you must get an attorney to represent the corporation.
