Legal Question in Construction Law in Texas
construction work
I am in business for myself and the company that I did landscape and irrigation work has not paid my company for the work. We only had a verbal agreement and no signed contract. We are owed more than $200,000. Is there any legal action we can take with no signed contract?

Re: construction work
You may have a cause of action on an oral contract. Additionally, you may be able to assert a lien on the property. I would need additional information to properly assess what remedies you may have.
Thanks,
Eddy
