I contracted with a national pool custruction comapny to have a pool installed in November of 2007, it is now June of 2008 and the pool is still not completed. What can I do?

Your remedies in this situation depend on a number of factors. The first is that your written contract with the company will govern. Check to see if any provisions relate to a time-line for completion. Next, you would want to consider how often work is being performed on the pool. Have they been consistent or sporadic in their frequency of working? You would probably want to first try to deal with this situation on your own before getting an attorney involved.
