Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I have an account with a paymnet due and the store process debit card payment without authorization. This is the second time they've done this. What are my legal rights? Can I sue to have my account resolved?

Yes you can. Read the agreement you made when you opened the account to confirm that you did not authorize automatic withdrawals.
