Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
agreement to purchase
Question. I recently visited a time share comp. I signed an agreement to purchase a years ''Sampler'' membership at their facilities. I have not used these facilities. The buyers understanding states that there is a no cancelation provision with this membership. In other words nothing stating that I may or may not cancel it. That I must make all ten monthly payments. If there is no policy stated on the agreement (conditions) may I still cancel the ''membership'' if I have not used it?
Sincerely

Re: agreement to purchase
No. A "no cancellation provision" means that you can't cancel it.
