Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Airline Ticket Refunds
I purchased a ''non-refundable'' airline ticket on-line (from my home in Texas) yesterday and wish to cancel it today since lower fares are now available from another airline. What are my rights within 24 hours of purchase when the airline says, ''No refund available''?

Re: Airline Ticket Refunds
No refund available! That's not the sort of contract where you have a period of time to change your mind.
