Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I appied for a payday loan online and I closed my account because after that some known companies started taking money out my account I do not own any checks on this account so can this company turn this into the DA office.

The DA probably won't get involved in this at all (I assume you're thinking about hot check charges). Technically, what you did isn't issuing a worthless check.
