auto accident
my daughter was hit from behind and my car that she was driving was totaled, the insurance company is going to pay for the car .
This car was payed for now I have to purchase another car is their any recourse for the insurance to pay for the financhal burdon that this has put on me. the driver of the car that hit my car did not even have driver licenses

Not unless you purchased replacement value insurance and most of us don't because it costs a little extra. Sorry.

So long as you have not signed any realeases with the insurance company, you may be able to get appropriate compensation.
