Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

auto buyer

i purchased an automobile on 2/23/2007 and on 2/25/2007 i started having problems with it, now they have warranties in place i was just wandering if i amd suppose to have to pay in this case ? is there some type of law that is 72 hrs lemon in the state of texas?

There is no cooling off period or right to return a vehicle or any other product in the State of Texas (other than products bought at your home by a door to door salesman)

The Lemon Law only covers new vehicles. If the problems are covered by the warranty, you shouldn't have to pay for the repair.
