auto contract cancellation
I signed a contract today for a new car in Texas.I have not taken possession of the car.Can I cancel this contract?

No. Not in Texas, or any other state in the USA. Once signed, your are bound. There are a few exceptions to that rule, and they are identified in the contract, in bold print, as controlled by FTC Reg.Z. That gives you 72 hours to cancel a home-solicitation sale, or timeshare sale if you've not seen the property.
