Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Auto Loan Agreement
I signed an contract to buy a vehicle from a dealership and it states lien holder to be Dimlar chrysler. Citifinancial auto is harrassing me to make payments. I am no longer interested in having this vehicle. Will the dealership have to accept the vehicle back, because of the contract I signed?
